Caitlin has been with the Northwestern Alumni Association since July 2014. In her current role as Senior Associate Director of Career Advancement, her primary focus is managing the Northwestern Network Mentorship Program, the Northwestern Externship Program (NEXT), the Affinity Leaders and Learners (ALL) Mentorship Program, and other student and alumni mentorship initiatives. She was previously in the Assistant Director of Student to Alumni Transition role within the Northwestern Alumni Association from July 2014-July 2017.
